What type of warranty do I get with Pre-owned equipment?
Nothing leaves our shop without being tested and checked. We would be more than happy to demonstrate the equipment for you while you are here shopping. We will gladly give you more specifics on our warranty when you come in!

What type of warranty do I get with new equipment?
All new equipment that we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty, specific to the item. We can make contact with the manufacturer for you.

How do I know what equipment is required by law?
Your local town heath and fire code enforcement officers will provide you with a list of required equipment and specifications. Each state and city will have their own individual requirements. Please obtain these lists prior to shopping.

Can I trade in my old equipment?
We may allow you credit for a good, serviceable piece of equipment. Supply and demand will determine the amount of credit allowed towards your purchases. This provides a great opportunity to upgrade your equipment!

Does Bubba’s deliver?
We do deliver within Maine, however, there is a fee of $75.00 per hour, which includes one delivery person, beginning when the truck leaves our docks. If you do not have help to unload the equipment at your location, there will be a charge for a second or third person. We will quote your delivery cost up front.

Does Bubba's ship equipment?
We can have some manufacturers’ ship directly to your door. New stock equipment can be shipped from our warehouse. Freight charges may apply. No international or C.O.D. deliveries. If you want to buy a used piece of equipment sight-unseen and you want us to ship the item to you, then you are accepting responsibility for the fact that this is a used piece of equipment and may not be perfect. We can not be responsible for a used piece of equipment once it leaves our warehouse and can not warranty against damage during shipping. We will pack or crate the item with care, but if there is any damage during shipment you will need to address that with the shipper. For the reasons mentioned above we can not offer ay type of warranty on used pieces shipped sight-unseen. We will guarantee that the item has been tested and in good working order before it is shipped. On the sale of sight-unseen equipment we require that you mail payment in the form of a money order or bank check. If you send a personal check, the funds will need to clear prior to shipment.

How much will it cost to ship equipment? If you need a shipping quote please email us and we will provide one for you. There will be a fee for crating/packaging the used equipment that we sell.

What types of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, business or personal check with ID, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Can anyone shop at Bubba's or do you have to own a business?
Everyone, business or residential, is welcome at Bubba's!
